• The event starts at 10:00 am.
• One member from each team needs to sign up to check-out the equipment.
• Participants need to provide their contact information to check-out the equipment so we can keep a tag on you.
• The equipment will be given out on first come first serve basis so hurry if you want to grab the best stuff.
• Only the equipment listed on the inventory list can be requested. Sorry guys, but we have what we have and that is it.
• None of the equipment checked out is allowed to be taken outside Detkin Lab. Keep it in please!
• Participants can participate in a team of maximum three people they can work individually if they desire. Whatever works for you!
• Participating teams/individuals should submit their project description by 10:00 am sharp on Sunday 9th November. None of the descriptions submitted after the deadline will be accepted. Now you don’t want your hard work to go to waste so please make sure you submit before the deadline.
• The demo will begin at 11:00 am. Get your project presentable by this time.
• The results will be announced by 12:30 pm and the winners will be crowned.
• All equipment checked out for the competition must be returned by 1:00pm sharp. Defaulter will incur a fine. We WILL make you suffer!
